Redland

A modular C library suite for RDF storage, parsing, and querying. Comprises Raptor (parser/serializer), Rasqal (query engine), and librdf (storage API) with pluggable backends including Berkeley DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite. Provides bindings for Perl, Python, Ruby, and PHP.
