Protocols SPARQL Protocol, HTTP/REST

Source confirms two distinct interfaces on the Joseki/Jetty server: ActionRouter implements Joseki's SPARQL query/update processor (SPARQL Protocol), while a separate BulkServlet, described in the same source file as RESTful, handles insert/export/flush over plain HTTP — so pass_A's addition of HTTP/REST is correct and pass_B's SPARQL-only answer misses the bulk-load interface.

Language C++

Corrected from Java. GitHub's raw byte count favors Java (2.2MB vs 740KB for C++) because the Jena/Sesame integration layer and indexes are Java, but BBN's own architecture description states the storage and rule engine itself -- the actual triple-store core -- is implemented in C++, with Java used only for the query-API/JNI layer on top.
